   Zawia reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's account and access to ZPA at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   Zawia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the User's use or inability to use ZPA.

8. Modifications to Terms:

   Zawia reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The User's continued use of ZPA following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

By using ZPA, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree to these terms, they should refrain from using the ZPA platform.
